optical – Online software for opticians.

Working with optical has been extremely pleasant; it is an intuitive solution that is very easy to get used to. In a case like mine, where we moved from other software to optical, the transition was very quick and easy. The fact that it is fully online makes us feel safer about information security and the risk of data loss, compared with our previous solution, which relied on a local server. As well as the huge saving on the energy used by a server running 24 hours a day, the risk of losing information or of virus and ransomware attacks were the main reasons for our decision. Updates are introduced gradually, and the improvement has been constant and consistent. Our sales and management processes are much more automated than in the past and save us time compared with our previous software. The support team has been extremely attentive and helpful, always with a quick solution to any problems that may arise.

It has been a privilege to work with Ponto 25 and the optical application. It has been a very positive experience. Ergovisão had a 12-year history with other software that was not prepared for multiple companies or for a large group of shops like ours. We have been working with Ponto 25 for 6 years. We are very happy with all the advantages optical offers: it is an online application, very intuitive and constantly being updated. As for the changes it has brought to our company, our information is now more up to date and more reliable, particularly for the management decisions we make by consulting the optical Dashboard.
